Use Nivot SignalR .NET 3.5 client in unity

I’m having trouble of using SignalR .NET 3.5 Client for Unity, available in here https://github.com/oising/nivot.signalr.client.net35.
I built the project and copied the DLL file to Unity project. However, this copying caused a compiler error in Unity with following detail:

Internal compiler error. See the console log for more information. output was:
Unhandled Exception: System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException: The classes in the module cannot be loaded.
