Remove .html on GoDaddy

I have tried about 4 different techniques so far looking for a way to remove the .html filename on GoDaddy. Apparently they use a Windows Server, not apache. Any help?

EDIT – I have already tried using the web.config file:

<configuration>
 <system.webServer>
    <rewrite>
        <rules>
            <rule name="RewriteHTML">
              <match url="(.*)" />
                <conditions logicalGrouping="MatchAll">
                <add input="{REQUEST_FILENAME}" matchType="IsFile" negate="true" />
                <add input="{REQUEST_FILENAME}" matchType="IsDirectory" negate="true" />
                </conditions>                 <action type="Rewrite" url="{R:1}.html" />
            </rule>
        </rules>
    </rewrite>
 </system.webServer>
</configuration>

But to no avail. Godaddy changed their layout (again) and it doesn’t work.
