IOError: decoder zip not available – Windows

I’m learning Pytesseract OCR. When I tried executing the code, I’m getting error message. Why am I getting this message?

try:
   import Image
except ImportError:
   from PIL import Image
   import pytesseract
print(pytesseract.image_to_string(Image.open('1.png')))
