Cannot access website hosted on nginx from LAN devices

I’m hosting a web-site using nginx on an Ubuntu virtual machine. I can access the website just fine from my virtual machine.
I cannot however access it from other machines on the network. When trying to access the IP address of my virtual machine, I get the ‘Welcome to nginx!’ page, indicating that I am able to connect to the nginx page, but cannot get my actual web site.
My nginx.conf file is:

user www-data;
worker_processes 4;
pid /run/nginx.pid;

events {
worker_connections 768;
# multi_accept on;
}

http {
